1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of AI Top Tools Online ("the Directory", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Directory you accept these Terms. If you do not accept, do not use the Directory.
2. The Directory
AI Top Tools Online is an editorial directory of third-party AI products. Listings are informational. We do not sell, warrant, or operate the tools we list. Rankings, features, ratings and editorial placements are subjective and can change without notice.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to register. You are responsible for the credentials you use and for everything that happens on your account. Provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date. One person, one account.
4. User content
Ratings, reviews, comments, listings and any other content you submit ("User Content") remain yours. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and display that content on the Directory and in derivative promotional materials referencing the Directory.
You confirm your User Content is original, does not infringe on third-party rights, is not misleading, and does not contain links, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact details in ratings, reviews or comments. Automated systems will reject such content.
5. Ratings & reviews
Only registered users who have used a tool may rate it. Owners cannot rate their own listings. We may hide, remove, or suspend user content or accounts that violate these Terms, appear coordinated, or aim to manipulate ratings.
6. Listings
Owners may submit a tool for review. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject, edit, remove, un-feature or reclassify a listing at any time. Owners may edit their listings; substantial edits may be reviewed again.
7. Paid plans
Paid plans unlock listing benefits such as Featured placement and Editors Pick eligibility. Plans renew every 30 days unless canceled. If a plan expires or is canceled, related benefits are removed automatically. Refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion within 7 days of the initial charge.
8. Prohibited use
- Scraping, harvesting, or attempting to extract personal contact details of any user or lister.
- Automated ratings, reviews, comments, or account creation.
- Spamming, phishing, malware distribution, or hate speech.
- Impersonating any person, company or affiliation.
- Interfering with the operation of the Directory or its security controls.
9. Suspension & appeals
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Suspended users can file a written appeal from the account dashboard. We review appeals within a reasonable time and decide at our discretion.
10. Disclaimers
The Directory is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, uptime or fitness for a particular purpose of any listed tool. Your use of a listed tool is between you and that tool's provider.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Top Tools Online' aggregate liability arising from your use of the Directory is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50 if you have paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Directory. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (User Content license, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and take effect 14 days after posting. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your operating jurisdiction, excluding conflicts-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
